Upon entering the room, I found it was not as clean as expected and had very limited facilities. Despite this, the hotel staff were friendly and always greeted me with a cheerful smile, making me feel welcome. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The dining options were a bit lacking in variety, but the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.
